Mondragon Co-operative Homes is a non-profit corporation dedicated to providing its members with affordable housing and fostering a thriving, self-reliant community.

For over 40 years, Mondragon has been home to people who value cooperation, inclusivity, and shared responsibility. Conveniently located within walking distance of shops, restaurants, parks, schools, and recreational amenities, Mondragon also offers easy access to public transit and major roadways — connecting members to everything the surrounding region has to offer.

Mondragon Co-operative Homes offers 78 townhouse units designed to meet a variety of household needs, ranging from 1.5 to 4 bedrooms. Our community includes a mix of market-rate and subsidized units, helping to ensure that housing remains affordable and accessible to a diverse group of residents.
