Welcome To Mondragon Co-op
Mondragon Co-operative Homes Inc. is a housing co-operative located in Brampton, Ontario which has been providing affordable housing since 1983. Mondragon consists of seventy eight townhouse units ranging in size from one to four bedroom units. Our Co-op is a family oriented community which contains suitable amenities such as a community room, coin laundry, a beautiful landscape and park area for the children to enjoy.
The immediate community surrounding Mondragon also boasts many amenities to suit everyone’s needs. Directly across the street from our Co-op is Heartlake Town Centre which has a large grocery store, drug store, medical centre, hair salon, and a variety of restaurants for your convenience. There are both Public and Catholic schools of every level within walking distance of Mondragon.
For recreational purposes, Loafer’s Lake Recreation Centre is nearby as well as Cyril Clark Library and Lecture Hall.
Public transportation is literally at our doorsteps.

In selecting these families, the Co-op looks for people who will honour their obligations to the Co-op, respect the rights of their neighbours, and be willing to do their part to make the community work.
